Hi, I'm Annika.

I help women who have lost their edge and struggle with fatigue, brain fog, extra weight and maybe a diagnosis. I help them regain their energy, focus and excitement for life.

Inflammation is linked to most chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, depression, Alzheimer's, and all autoimmune disease from Hashimoto's to Crohn's to psoriasis. Inflammation (possibly silent and hidden) may be lurking behind ​ fatigue, brain fog, aches, pains, rashes and so on.

Stats show that 1 in 12 women will get an autoimmune disease during their lifetime, the real number may be as high as 1 in 4.

The good news is that we can control many inflammatory triggers with savvy diet and lifestyle choices. ​In science-speak this is called nutrigenomics and epigenomics and they are two exciting fields of study that gives ​you and me the power to prevent, reverse or reduce symptoms of inflammation. ​

As a functional nutritionist, mother of 2 daughters and part of family where inflammatory conditions have touched at least 3 generations, I know first hand what it takes to come back and feel better again.
